What's included?
Full participation incl. accommodation includes: Single room for one night, lunch on 3 and 4 June, participation in the professional programme, gala dinner and course administration.
Full participation without accommodation includes: lunch on 3 and 4 June, participation in the professional programme, gala dinner and course administration.
Participation 1 day includes: lunch for one day, participation in the professional programme and course administration
Gala dinner includes: gala dinner, aperitif, coffee, wine package and venue hire
Important information
Scandinavian participants who are members of the relevant professional association in their home country are eligible to register at the member rate.
Please note that one night of accommodation is included in the registration fee. An additional night (pre- or post-conference) can be added at an extra cost.
Payment Methods
Registration fees must be paid by invoice and will be sent by e-mail
Registration is only considered complete when the full payment is received by Fjell og Fjord Konferanser.
Registrations with incomplete payments will be cancelled. Delegates with cancelled registrations must re-register onsite and provide immediate payment to attend.
Cancellation Policy for members and non members.
All event registrations are subject to the cancellation policy. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to carina@fjellogfjord-konferanser.no
Cancellation fees
Registration is binding. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
If a registered delegate is unable to attend, another person from the same organisation may attend in their place.
Name changes are free of charge and permitted up to 5 calendar days before the event. Requests for substitutions or name changes must be submitted in writing to carina@fjellogfjord-konferanser.no.
Visa
Cancellations due to a rejected or unsuccessful visa application are subject to the same cancellation policy outlined above. No refunds will be issued.
Travel and Health Insurance
Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain adequate travel and health insurance to cover expenses and losses related to cancellation, medical treatment, or damage to or loss of personal belongings.
The organisers are not responsible for any costs or losses incurred by participants.
